Next Steps

Just completed your onboarding form? Here's what you can expect next.

01

Review & System Setup

We’ll review your submitted information and enter it into our management system. If anything is missing or needs clarification, we’ll reach out. This ensures your property is fully set up and ready for a smooth transition. Please allow a couple of business days depending on size of the property.

02

Set Up Your Owner Portal

We’ll send you an invitation to your email to create your secure Owner Portal. Stay informed and in control with on-demand access to financials, tax documents, and important updates—plus built-in messaging and mobile-friendly tools that make communication and collaboration easy.

03

Sign the Management Agreement

You'll receive an email notification once the Management Agreement is ready to be signed. Your custom Property Management Agreement can be reviewed and digitally signed through your Owner Portal.

04

Upload Your COI

After updating your insurance policy to list Ruesch Management as an Additional Interest Party, please upload it in the Owner Portal.

05

Update Your Banking Information

Enter your banking details in the Owner Portal so we can issue your owner payouts. We do not make withdrawals from your account—this is for deposit purposes only.

06

Management Begins!

Your property officially transitions to our care on the selected start date. From that point forward, we’ll serve as the primary contact for your tenants and handle all aspects of management including rent collection, maintenance, lease enforcement, and daily operations.
