This unit features comfortable furnishings with lawn/snow care provided. Utilities and WIFI are paid by the host and off-street parking for one vehicle is provided. This unit is ideal for two to four occupants. Small dogs are permitted at this property for an additional fee and deposit.

Guest access
Keypad lock, private entry. Furnished rental client may park 1 vehicle in the lot behind the house in the space designated with a sign for unit 2-- there are two other rental units in the property with short term tenants, so parking arrangements must be strictly followed.

Other things to note
This unit is a second-floor, two-bedroom apartment within a triplex. This unit has a private entrance located at the side of the house next to the driveway. Other short-term rental tenants may be living in the other two rental units and will be coming and going from the property during your stay.

Please note that due to the varying length of stays at this property, we do not provide disposable items such as soaps/detergents/cleaning chemicals, trash bags, coffee filters, spices/cooking oil or paper products. The unit is fully furnished with linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our cleaners provide a few starter disposable items for your initial arrival.
